Rest and Recess Snacks

I love long, lengthy yoga classes that last over an hour. I enjoy holding poses for several luxurious breaths and soaking up the benefits of the practice in a long savasana at the end of class. However, realistically, as a mom of 3, I often don't have time or energy to dedicate to attending an online or in person class. Sometimes all I have is a few short minutes to myself between getting home from work, homework, dinner, chores, and bedtime. This is why I have created an on demand Video Library. Busy people, I see you.

In the Video Library you can CHECK OUT (because it's a library ;)) yoga videos ranging in length from 5 to 60 minutes, so you can take what you need. When you need it. Wherever you need it. You can choose which videos to rent for a month (starting at $5/month), or you can have unlimited access to the entire collection with the Monthly Yoga Membership ($20/month). Unlike live classes, you can pause, rewind, and rewatch!

If you scroll through the Video Library, you will see Recess Snacks (5 minute anytime movement breaks), a series of short bedtime videos titled Prepare for Rest (directed and filmed by my 11 year old), and full 60 minute Vinyasa classes. I plan on uploading more videos soon.

As many of you know, my family is prepping for a big move to Montana. I am planning on resuming my online classes once we get settled.
